Exit Interviews should be conducted (wherever possible) by the same person across the entire organisation. This allows the interviewer to develop an in depth knowledge of the company, it’s culture and idiosyncracies. Importantly, it also provides insight into each individual interview, so that he/she can immediately identify online responses which vary noticeably from the norm, and follow up in a uniquely focussed manner.

Having one person handle the entire process makes reporting easier and more valid, as he/she has conducted every individual interview, thereby having an in-depth first hand knowledge of trends and localised issues.

ExitInterview.com.au provide clients with one point of contact – an Account Manager who is responsible for ALL their exit interviews. This ensures total consistency in interviewing and reporting, and maximises the depth of knowledge and understanding of that customers unique environment.
